How it works
-
Get in touch
Tell us briefly what’s troubling you, and together we’ll find a day and time that suit you — at the center or online.
-
The first session
We get to know each other. You share as much as you’d like, and together we see how therapy can help.
-
A plan
We agree on the goals and how often to meet.
-
Regular sessions
Step by step, at your pace. From time to time we pause to look at how far you’ve come.
